TV Box not working

So frustrated with trying to get through to someone to send an engineer out.  My TV box has not been working for over a week.   I have tried ringing. Wait of over an hour then cut off.  Logged this on line.  No one has come back. .  Basically it alternates from the Welcome screen to the Getting started screen then doesnt go any further.   Showing orange bar light on TV box.  Tried resetting and all cables various times.   Anyone any further suggestions.

If you need to report a service fault, you have 3 choices at the moment...

1: Use the text message service (07533 051809) - likely turnaround is a couple of days

2: Wait on here for VM staff to respond, current turnaround is upto a week

3: Call through and be patient & persistent.
