Flag for a moderator

TV Box V6 stuck in Start Up loop for over a week now.

Nothing works - tried switching off/on, reset, replace HDMI cables, checked on line videos, phoned 150, unpluged & reinserted cables, remote has no effect etc. I've spent hours each day trying.

Have I got a faulty TV Box?  How do I get a replacement?

I would be really grateful for any help, otherwise I think I'll have to cancel my Virgin Media contract.
