I’ve tried rebooting the box but it just keeps on doing tjis

Can we please confirm if you've been able to reinsert the cables to the Tivo box and TV to ensure these are all secure?
Can you also try the below steps to see if this helps?
Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
