TIVO REMOTE DEAD

My remote has died on me. Tried all the 'help' advise but it won't respond. I have 3 other boxes so know what it should and shouldn't do. On the 150 helpline tonight to ask for a replacement and just got cut off after 50 minutes of waiting. Is there any other way of getting a replacement please without having to dial 150 as ask my recent experience with the customer service is dire? Thanks.

sorry to hear of your issues.

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of new remote  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

For now you could download the TV Control app and use that until you receive a replacement remote
