TIVO Box V6 Keep rebooting and says Invalid format

This is my third TV Box arrived...it worked for two day and now it i snot for the last two. 

Any help?

Any TV box that keeps rebooting has a fault.

Call VM and report it.

I am on the case of calling them... it has been 2 hours today... story being going on since the 29 November and had three replacemnet TV box. It is a nightmare. Can't even find a way to complaint regarding the matter. It is outrageous

Hi Giampiero,

Sorry to see you are having problems reporting the recurring faults with your V6.

Unfortunately phoning is the best way to get this matter rectified. First thing on a morning at 8am is the best time when lines are least busy, or mid afternoon around tea time.

Yes and Unfortunately that's the truth. I can't wait to wake up at 7:45am and then rang Virgin first thing in the morning...how beautiful my day will be?!
