Sync TV remote

I cannot syc my TV remote with my V6 remote, I've followed the instructions but I don't get an option to syc the remote on my setting/help screen

Help not working

When I select the Help option in Settings and Help nothing happens, it just thinks for a while then returns to the Setting/help screen.

Any ideas?

It's a new box and remote as I have just joined Virgin

Hi as its a new box have you phoned the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky

Hi Box was  already activated. I eventually used the number you supplied to call Virgin, must have spent an hour on the phone going through numerous fixes to no avail. He was going to order a new box then as a last resort he rebooted the box, that fixed the problem.
