Mums V6 box has green screen of death I have 2 boxes can she use one of mine till the technician comes after the weekend?

You can move equipment around within the same home no issue, but not between homes. Equipment is linked to each billing address.
Is your Mum's home in the same immediate location - i.e. likely served by the same streetcab?
