Trying to watch Endeavour or Lewis on ITV hub via Virgin tivo box but when I call up the info box via the remote, it says no subtitles. How can this be? This is discrimination against people who are hard of hearing! Why is this happening and how can I get round this issue? I pay £100 a month for my Virgin services and this just isn't good enough!
I'm in the same position and rely on subtitles. As far as I know Virgin do not provide subtitles on any on demand or downloaded programme. Annoying but what can you do---myself I have to ensure that I record anything that I want to watch later.
Hi daveoc has summed it up perfectly record the programmes you like, its not virgins fault as they are just the platform for programmes and don't supply them the issue rests with the channel suppliers. Regards Micky
