Stuttering Issue

Hi 

I think this is a common issue by the looks of it.

 

I've got a V6 box and had the issue from day 1 I guess, but now it's getting more annoying.

I've swapped out HDMI leads changed every setting from the TV audio and even put an amp and a new TV in place and still getting the " Audio stutter" 

Has anyone sussed a fix for this yet before I ring VM ( Don't really want to tbh )

Hi Garyat

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the audio issue. I've tried to run some checks and it appears the box is currently offline. Could you reboot the box and leave it online so I can run some checks?

 

Also, does this happen on all channels, Live TV and On Demand?

Hi

 

Live channels as I really don't do much recording tbh. The box records and I delete lol.

 

I've just rebooted the box now, but it was rebooted about a few days ago.

 

Anyway many thanks for getting back to me.

Is this on a specific channel or on multiple channels?
