One of my tivo boxes is stuck on start up.

+ and standby done and its still not working

Unless you use multi-room streaming between multiple TiVo/V6 in your home, the router isn't doing anything for your TiVo so I wouldn't worry about that 🙂
If the box is stuck on startup, I'd call that in as a fault. 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
