Stuck on start up

Got up this morning and TiVo V6 stuck going between welcome screen, starting up screen then what looks like a down load arrow. 

Reset box and nothing unplugged the lot for few mins not working. So turned off for most the day just tried again and still no joy. 

 

Help!

This generally means your v6 box has attempted an update but failed to complete it successfully. Occasionally a reboot can resolve this however usually the box will need to be replaced.

I've tried reboot and its still not working. How do I get it replaced? I can't seem to get through to anyone. I understand its a difficult time right now.
