Had a problem two weeks ago, but came back online after an hour.
Rebooted on its own last night and will not get past Starting Up. Have rebooted it myself and it is still stuck.
It is impossible to log a fault online and the phone line is useless, on hold for ever.
There is this strange concept you do not seem to grasp: I pay the bill you issue and in return you provide a service...

It appears that you've been able to speak to our team to have an engineer visit, has this now been resolved for you?
