HI toshula, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service, can you confirm if you are still having these issues and if a reboot helps? ^CW

Rather obtuse. Are you saying that, contrary to your first post, the V6 and your device were not on the same network?

Re: Streaming not permitted error E=8 V=1

Who are you to call me obtuse!
I'm saying that I had the phone connected to the box on 5k and it needed to be 2.4k.

Re: Streaming not permitted error E=8 V=1

Your last statement is simply wrong. Either device, V6 or phone, can be connected to either WiFi band, 2.4GHz or 5GHz.

Come on, admit your phone was connected to mobile data and not WiFi. This is important for others to understand.

Re: Streaming not permitted error E=8 V=1

It is not wrong, the box is connected with Cat5e,the phones (plural)are connected to the wifi, they work on 2.4k but not 5k simple as that, same on two separate phones.

Don't be such a know it all and I'll thank you for an apology!

Re: Streaming not permitted error E=8 V=1

I will apologise but I can advise that 5GHz WiFi connection does work.
