Streaming constant dropping out

Hi,

Wondering if anyone else having issues around 9pm for half hour where you are unable to connect to streaming services with codes - c501, 604, 603.

We watch boxsets most evening and for the last week we are always unable to watch to watch them between 8.45pm - 9.30pm and its getting very frustrating when you are paying for a service but unable to enjoy it.

Error 604 & 603 generally aren't related to internet speed issues.

Which TV box are you watching on? Check here if you're not sure.

Are you watching on a 4K UHD TV?

Hi, 

My box is  V6 and no not watching it from a UHD 4K TV.  If its not to do withe the Internet speed issues how come it's does the same on another newer V6 box that we had installed less than 6 months ago?

Are you saying you've got 2 V6 boxes and only one is affected? You didn't mention that before 😉

Try swapping the boxes around to see where the issue follows.

Sorry yes we have 2 V6 boxes and when it drops out we check the other box and it says the same issues, the codes change all the time when we come out of it and try again on both boxes.

Your V6 boxes don't have an inbuilt internet connection, but rely on your home-hub to do this.

How are yours connected? I'd guess WiFi, but can you confirm?

If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, your connection status (and WiFi strength if appropriate) is shown in the top-right.

What do you see?
