So I got this really annoying bug when selecting the TiVo on YouTube. The TiVo will have multiple listed on YouTube only one of them will actually Stream to the TiVo. Restarting the TiVo or the device am streaming from does not fix it. It shows up like this on all of my devices, phone, tablet, family and friends devices as well.
The TiVo is connected by cable. As you can see other devices, chromecast, don't do the same. This is really annoying as I have to find the correct one before I can actually Stream.
If anyone knows how to fix or why it's happening I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
Hello, am sorry for the not replying sooner but I've been really busy with a big project at work. Thank you for your help. It's not fixed it but it has made it easier to ID the working TiVo. The old one are still there and do not work but with the working one having a different name I can stream without problem.
are there any updates to this error yet? its making my virgin box experience unusable. because Im unable to quickly and accurately link from my youtube iPhone app to the Tivo Youtube app. due to the many iterations. they all connect but don't connect at all. if that makes sense? 🤷♂️
