I realise things are different for everyone just now and that obviously there will be far fewer staff at work. I ordered an upgrade to the bigger package. The Hub3 arrived after about a week, got that set up no problem. The speed hasn't increased though. The V6 box hasn't arrived although we do have more channels than before. There are no open orders on my profile page. I suspect the order has become stuck in the system somehow, so any help or info would be much appreciated.
