I've noticed that shows from starzplay are not updating. I want to watch the latest episodes of Godfather of Harlem but there haven't been any new episodes since episode 6 on my box.
When I've checked the release schedule on starzplay they should have 8 episodes by now!.
Why is this happening?
thanks for your post on the forums about missing episodes of Godfather of Harlem, I understand this can be frustrating and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Sometimes missing or delayed episodes happen due to licencing with the particular channel, which would be out of our hands to control.
If you feel this is a mistake on the TV box, you can send an email to TivoGuideErrors@virginmedia.co.uk with a description of the error and they will try to update it on their end.
However, this is not always guaranteed with missing episodes.

I assume its the box as I can see through friends accounts on Amazon Prime and other streaming services that all the episodes are available and its only virgin that its not available on.

TivoGuideErrors don't reply to individual emails, however they work in the background and usually fix any issues such as yours.
have you checked Starzplay again to see if it's been updated yet?
