Starting up

Hi,

I set up the virgin TiVo v6 box this morning, followed instructions completely. After the set up was completed and we had all the channels and WiFi working, after about 20mins of watching TV it would go back to the welcome screen and begin starting up again. This happens multiple times & hasn't stopped since installing it. Is there a solution?

Hi was the box activated initially, as it sounds as if it hasn't worked properly, ring the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky

Yes we got the text through to say it has been activated but still continues to happen

Then ring the number i gave you if that doesn't work, then you have a faulty box by the sound of it, call CS and go down the TV faults route they may send an engineer or another box, at least they should test the line and analyse the problem.
