Splitter Cable

Hi all

Just received my new V6 box and read through the installation procedure.

However I think I have an issue!

The Splitter cable isn't long enough - my Hub is too far from the TV to connect the two with this cable - any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Re: Splitter Cable

Are you replacing an existing TV box or are you adding this to an existing broadband only connection.

If I've helped please let me know 🙂 Matt

Re: Splitter Cable

I'm adding an new TV connection but already have broadband.

I did previously, some years back, have Virgin TV and have that connection still behind the TV. I did wander if i could just connect direct to that without going through the hub?

Re: Splitter Cable

You can make your co-ax connection there and then the Hub connection would need to use WiFi (or powerlines).
