Speaking to someone

Need to speak to somebody had it installed today but have no channels an can't get through to anybody

was it working when he left? or has it just stopped working.
what errors or messages do you get when trying to watch

Only got basic channels he just put BBC 1 on to test it so presumed was ok

Hi, if you go to HOME > Help and Settings > Help then up and across to TV Care and select missing channels.  Follow prompts, then wait 15mins.  Then go to Settings > Network > connect to VM service now.  Wait for that to complete and reboot V6
