Sound sync

Evening, can anybody help?

i have just rejoined Virgin with the new 360 box into my Samsung 4K TV and the sound is totally out of sync. I have tried most suggestions new HDMI cable, all HDMI ports on the TV 4 in total, changed from Dolby PCM and adjusted the audio output with very little change?

This was an issue on my old V6 box but an engineer changed the Virgin cable connector and that did cure the problem last time....is this a fix on the 360?
