Sound problems when recording from Pick

The problem I’m having is, whenever I play back a recording taken from the channel Pick, the sound begins cutting out after a few minutes, then stops altogether. 
The problem goes away for a minute or two if I rewind a few seconds then press play again. 
I do not have any problems playing recordings from any other channels, and everything works fine when watching live tv. 

Seems to me like it’s an encoding issue, but is there anything that can be done?

All I want to do is watch the next generation 😕

This was picked up earlier today by Forum Staff and recognised as an outage.

Sorry, I should have said. This has been happening for a few weeks now, and only to things recorded from Pick.
