There are a few processes which I can recommend to resolve this.
Have you tried switching the HDMI input in the TV (ie. rather then HDMI 1, add the lead into HDMI 2).
Have you tried switching out the HDMI lead?
If neither of these makes any difference, I would suggest changing the video output settings..
You can do this via the following steps:
Home Screen, Help and Settings, Settings, Video output settings.
You will then get an option to change the video output settings manually.
I would suggest trying the 1080 pass-through option.
Generally this should sort it out!
