On catch up channel the sound keeps going off and on and I've restarted tevo 6 box and it's made no difference also checked cables

Are you still having these issues today? Is it only on Catch Up? Is it certain programmes or all?

Hi Holly b the issue is on most channels on catch up but they sort themselves out the problem one is virgin catch up the sound goes off and doesn't come back on
I see, really sorry about this @colprit. Have you been able to check here for any area issues including On Demand?
Are the issues still persisting today?
Hollie haven't tried today but it's happened every day the last week
