Sound loss after watching Netflix

Hi, I have a sporadic problem with my V6 box and Netflix. After exiting Netflix, the sound is lost. If I go back into Netflix, the sound works again ok, but still won’t work when I go back into normal tv. The only way to get it back is to completely reboot the v6 box and hub, which obviously takes some time and is very annoying. 

I have searched but no one else seems to have had this problem, any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry you've been having this issue and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal. 

Due to the delay can I ask if you're still having this issue? 

 

Do you have a smart TV you can test the Netflix app on as well instead of the Virgin app and see if this does the same?

Hi Emma, thanks for responding.

I have adjusted the Dolby sound settings on my TV and it hasn’t happened in the last few days, so hoping it is fixed now.
