I have had a V6 box for over a year with no problems, but for the last month every time I change channels with the remote the sound cuts out. I have tried a new HDMI cable and also tried different dolby settings but the problem still persists. It also cuts out when selecting options in my shows and the home page. Can anyone give me any other options to try?

It does sound like it could potentially be a hardware issue with the V6 box itself.
