We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the picture on your box.
Taking a look at the box this end, everything seems to be as it should. I've checked the hard drive status and all tuners, power and signal levels going to the box too and all is exactly as it should be. There is an error count recorded but the uptime on the box means these could have been accrued anytime. Can you please reboot the box and post back here to let us know you've done this? We can recheck the error count then and if still accruing, we can then look at booking an engineer.
In terms of losing the picture, have you tried plugging in the HDMI to another slot on your TV?
