I have located your account from your forum information in order to go through some checks; I see that you have two boxes with us; are you having the same issue on both boxes?
Currently our systems are unable to communicate with your boxes which may mean they are switched off or on Standby/Low Power Mode. When you get a moment, please can you switch them on for us so we can take a closer look for you?
Is it every asset you try on the CatchUp? Is this impacting all channels?
is it everything you try via the OnDemand menus or just Sky Cinema shows?
