I know this has been mentioned before and I commented on an older thread but no reply - sound and picture stutter and stop until the unit is reset nearly every time we use it - it is extremely frustrating.

Does this happen on every channel or just certain ones?
Do you notice it on live TV aswell as on-demand or catch up?
Have you been able to try the box on another TV to see if the issue continues?

Yes it seems to be an 'equal opportunities' problem happening on any channel at any time - it doesn't happen every single time but quite frequently and the TV has been changed.

Is the box a V6 and currently turned on and ready to use?
Yes it is a V6 and it is on standby..
Okay, can you please make sure the box is turned and can you do the following:
Go in to Home > Help and settings > Settings > Video Output.
Can you let me know what the video output format is showing as please?
It is set to 2160p
