I have a V6 Box and recently updated my TV to a new Hisense Mini LED ULED 4K Ultra HD TV. (65U8HQtUK) but my audio is out of sync (seems to be delayed).
I have the following HDMI cable (4K HDMI Cable 2M HDMI Lead-Ultra High-Speed 18Gbps HDMI 2.0b Cord 4K@60Hz Support Fire TV, Ethernet, Audio Return, Video UHD 2160p, HD 1080p,3D, Xbox PlayStation PS3 PS4 PC-IBRA PRO GOLD RED). Previous TV was 4K as well and never had these issues.
Checking Vido output it was on auto detect before and selected 2160. Have tried 2160pass through option and even went back to 1080i but still getting sync issues. Seems to work ok on non-HD but as soon as I go HD it goes out of sync. What seems strange is that sometimes I think I had it solved but next day or even a different channel (especially BBC and STV) it goes to pot.
I checked speaker options on my TV, and it is using TV speaker (no sound bar is involved) and tried to put Lip Sync to zero. I'm plugged into HDMI 1 port (60Hz) as well as having tried HDMI 4 (120Hz) port. Have ignored the eARC port as I know that sometimes has issues. This sometimes seems like it has worked but then next day goes back to what it was.
Anyone got any suggestions on what to try?

Hi Blair71,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have sound sync issues after changing your TV, are you using the audio on the TV or using a separate sound bar?
Regards
Paul.

Just the audio off the TV. No soundboard involved.
Thanks.

Thank you for you reply.
We would recommend checking the audio setting using the support available here.
Can you try changing the settings to this?
Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Audio > Dolby Dolby Digital > Dolby Digital to PCM
Please let us know how you get on.
Thanks,
