Sound Issue

I am having issue with sound after every 10 to 15 minutes the sound goes for few seconds and comes back. I have changed my HDMI cable and still have the same problems. I also restarted the box as well.

Is this on live TV? Recorded programmes? OnDemand? I'm getting here, at whether the input source makes any difference.

Toggling the PCM sound off/on via Help & Settings > Devices > Audio is the other test to try - this would epecially be a good check if this happens across different sources.

If this is specifically on live TV and not other sources, it would tend towards it being a source issue rather than output one - so are there any specific channel(s) affected? Including SD/HD where both exist

Have you tried, as per my previous post, toggling the PCM sound off/on via Help & Settings > Devices > Audio is the other test to try - this would especially be a good check if this happens across different sources.

I have tried and disconnected the Soundbar and still have the same problem. Now it's direct connection to TV and still have the same problem.

How about my other questions..

1: Is this affecting live TV? OnDemand? Recordings?

2: If live TV only, are any specific channel(s) - including SD/HD particularly affected?

3: Have you tried toggling the PCM option via the Help & Settings menu?

Thanks and sorry yes it effects the live TV. I haven't checked the onDemand and Recordings.

you I should try to toggling PCM option? How to get to help? then setting menu?

Can you check and report back as & when? It may help prove where the issue lies.
