Do you have Sky Sports SD or HD? It might be that you are looking at the wrong channel numbers.
The HD channels are on 501 to 510, and the SD channels on 511 to 520.
You could try to update the channels list using your remote control go to
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
If that doesn't help then try a reboot and if that fails I'm afraid you'll need to contact TV Faults. That's 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile , or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and resolve the problem.
