Hi all! Every time I try and watch the Trip on Sky one on demand, I get an error message. Happens last 3 days in a row. All connected, reset box twice. Everything else in Sky one catch up seems to work. Code at end of error message is 319.
These errors indicate a problem with a specific VOD asset on the local VOD servers. Error 319 usually occurs because there is a backlog of content to be uploaded to the regional servers. Advice is to try playing the programme again in a couple of days.
