Sky UHD with new contract

Spent a while on Wednesday, 'upgrading' my contract from my Ultimate Oomph bundle to some kind of 'Volt' package. 

The guy on the phone promised me Sky Sports UHD and Sky Cinema UHD with the new package. I also received a new O2 SIM the next day, to replace my previous Virgin (EE) SIM.

However, I can't see the Sky Sports & Cinema UHD channels in either of my two V6 boxes.  Where can I find them and what number ranges are they?

Sky Cinema UHD is only available through On Demand, not through broadcast channels.

Sky Sports UHD is not currently available at all.

The person on the phone must have inadvertently given you some false information, you won't find Sky Sports UHD anywhere but if you have Sky Movies UHD it's not a channel you need to press the Home button and go to box sets and Movies, you will find the UHD movies listed there, or for example go to channel 401 and press the info button and it will say also available in UHD.

Hey MarkLW, thank you for your post and reaching out today. 

Our Volt packages have replaced the Oomph we are sure you are going to love it as you get the best of both worlds from O2 and Virgin Media.

Now regrading the Sky Sports we only offer HD at the moment we don't offer UHD, BT sports do but Sky do not yet with us.

Please can you confirm you have you got at least Sky HD? It should say this in your contract letter. Thanks

Yes, I do have the HD channels and have done for some years.
