Well, a few weeks on and despite trying all suggested on here, still nothing. I did a factory reset the box, rebuilt the channel list etc, but still nothing. Sky sports showing as V56, but I check through through settings, it says I'm subscribed. No issue with BT sport etc.
I phoned C/S and after nearly an hour spoke to a lady who asked me to power cycle the box, she then "sent a signal to sort it". Then she told me to turn it off at the mains, switch it back on and wait. This didn't work. At this point (1:15 after I started the call) she told me she couldn't help and it needed to be escalated to the next level. She took my mobile number and said I would get a call back in 24-48 hours. That was on Dec 23rd. Still nothing.
In the general scheme of things going on in the world, it's not that important, but as we're paying for the channels...
Are there any VM staff on here who can resolve anything for me?
