I’ve been a member of Virgin for a few months as I moved into a new house and got an extremely good bundle with the top Wi-Fi available and all the packages.
I was aware Sky Sports UHD was not available at the moment as the engineer told me when installing and also the salesman did, but they informed me I would have it immediately, and this was back in November.
Fast forward to now and I see a few channels for Sky Sports UHD so I go to click on it and I’m told to subscribe. A bit weird so I go along with it. The CS on then phone are clueless and can’t see why I don’t have it so they send an engineer to me to check. The engineer has literally just left my house after checking and calling CS and the person on the phone said Sky Sports UHD isn’t even available at the moment for anyone.
So why have I been lied to, why did I get an engineer out for no reason, and why did the previous CS member not tell me. So far my experience with Virgin has not been amazing.
Does anyone know when it is actually available? I can access BT Sports UHD, On Demand UHD, Sky Movies UHD but not this.
