Sky Sports Red Button - 07/09/2019

Yes, this little gem is back,

I cant access any sky sports interactive services via the red button, 30+ mins on the phone to tech who had no clue what so ever and after 30 mins answer, we will sent a technician out.

Our boxes have been rebooted and re set more times that a multiple fractured leg and still this doesnt work

Virgin, get your act together, this dioesnt seem to be hardware related (Though the  tech thought it was!) its more that the virgin software isnt talking to the sky software to allow access to the interactive services

yet another football match I have missed because of this!

Didn't look for any football today  -but the F1 red button coverage worked fine here.

Has this improved at all since your last post to us ARG1UK?

Have you been able to access the function at all? Is it just football that is the problem or is it a blanket of all sports?

Worked fine this evening, though still **bleep** off I missed a whole game last week because it wasnt working!

tecnician who visited said it could have been that the Virgin software wasnt talking to the Sky software,

will check again as more games next week
