I cant access any sky sports interactive services via the red button, 30+ mins on the phone to tech who had no clue what so ever and after 30 mins answer, we will sent a technician out.
Our boxes have been rebooted and re set more times that a multiple fractured leg and still this doesnt work
Virgin, get your act together, this dioesnt seem to be hardware related (Though the tech thought it was!) its more that the virgin software isnt talking to the sky software to allow access to the interactive services
yet another football match I have missed because of this!
Less than 3 weeks and the same old issue! not only did I miss the full game on the "Sky Red button" for the international game recently I wanted to watch, I now cant even watch my team via the red button tonight either. This is a fault that you, Virgin, know about yet are unwilling to resolve properly. Its not a new issue yet it still happens!
As for waiting half an hour on the phone to you to get an voice saying there is an issue with the sky red button (Yes half an hour on hold) the message on the web site is: "You might not be able to use our Red Button services on Sky Sports Channels at the moment. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible. Our engineer is working to fix the problem" - great you say, however, the estimated fix time is after midnight! the games finish in the nest hour! absolute rubbish Virgin, fault after fault with this service, its so bad I am thinking of going back to Sky!
Why do I pay for a service you cant reliably deliver? utter and total rubbish!
