Sky Sports Football red button

Football on Sky Sports red button tonight and SURPRISE SURPRISE it's not working AGAIN!

Getting the "Channel Unavailable" message.

At least the 4th time since Christmas. Last time I was on the phone for 20 minutes before someone pressed the "activate" button.

Very very poor service.

Hi @DaveGlassboy 

The matches on the red button are available on the Sky Sports Football channel.

On the Tivo and V6 boxes you should press the red button, and then press the "i" for info button. This brings up a mini menu where you can then select the match  you want to watch.

I've done that and it just comes up "Channel Unavailable"

Have yuu tried rebooting your V6 box, also possibly the hub as well
