Hi, upgraded to sky cinema today, channels working fine but cannot access on demand content as it says I need to upgrade my package. Have reset router and box. Any tips or do I need to call customer services?
Thanks for posting on our community forums. Disappointing to hear that you have upgraded to our Sky Cinema package and are unable to use the on demand facility's that come with this.
As you posted a short while ago has anything changed with your on demand services are do you still get the message you need to upgrade? When you go to your on demand services are there any error codes appearing when you try to view your Sky movies?
Have you tried another reboot since your last post at all?
