Service status

Can someone please let me know why we have no service for on demand in Wd23 area since last night. Can’t get into my account either!

You can check for any known faults at https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status - if nothing's showing, you really are best off calling Virgin faults, as this is mainly a user-based forum and it could be a couple of days before forum staff pick this up.

They're on 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 4541111 (landline rates) from any other phone.
