Series Link synch

I've just had a new V6 as the old one had stopped working. Tried to copy the Series Links but nothing's happened - there is a post on here with an answer in Feb 2021 that says the functionality is broken - is that still the case? if so it's pretty poor that they allow you to try! (let alone not fixing it...)

Hi martinjm,

The copy series links hasn't worked for around a year now.

Hopefully a member of the Forum Team can advise if any future progress or fixes are planned for this, however it seems unlikely due to the introduction of the new Horizon based boxes.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with transferring your recordings. 

 

We are are aware of an issues with transferring recordings and we are currently working on a fix, at the moment we have no further updates on this.
