Self install tv order

Hi,

I ordered a self-install upgrade to my broadband / phone package to add tv on the 11th of April. I was given an order number but have no open orders in the track order section of your website.

I realise things are difficult regarding the covid outbreak. I just wanted to confirm the order still exists, and to ask if there was any ETA regarding delivery.
