Second V6 box not in account

I cannot play shows from my second V6 box because message is saying it isn’t in my Virgin media account (V106)

Is this a V6 that you've previously used? In which case when did you last use it? And does a multiroom subscription appear on your monthly bill?

Or is this a newly installed V6?

Does the second box work of its own accord? Or is this specifically an issue with multiroom streaming between them?

Hi, This is a box that is used constantly, it works of its own accord and until a recent problem in my area regarding program information it was fine.The program info problem was fixed 5 days ago but the box still says not in account V106 error.

The box in my lounge used to connect with this box in the bedroom with no problem and I have always been able to watch programs recorded on it.

If you go to the Network page, will it manually connect up and downloaded EPG data?

Both V6 boxes have all EPG data

So to confirm... box 1 (working), box 2 (problematic)...

Box 1 can view its own recordings but not those on box 2?

Box 2 can view both it and box 1's recordings?

Box 2 can view its own recordings but not box 1, both boxes can’t see one another.

Hi, rebooted both boxes and reconnected both to network. Both now working fine. Thanks for your help.
