Second V6 box not connecting to on demand or catch up
we are having consistent issues attempting to either watch catch up/on demand or - in particular - recorded programmes from our main box on our second box. Second box is connected through Ethernet so no issues with WiFi. Any thoughts?

Sorry to hear about your V6 box playing "tricks" when watching On Demand or Catch Up. I've had a look at your network details and cannot find any issues or errors and can confirm that everything looks fine. However I'm unable to check your WiFi details. Are you able to to restart your Hub for me as It's been quite some time since it's been rebooted. Once done we can try and check the details again.
