Saved content unavailable, is the screen message, obviously can’t view recordings, any ideas why ?

Can you elaborate a little? Are you saying recordings aren't playing, or - I assume you mean - VOD bookmarks?

Wasn’t able to even see our recorded programmes, let alone play them. I did a full switch off of router and TV box , and it sorted itself out . Thanks
