We’ll Eventually got my Samsung Smart remote working with Virgin V6 Box, and all I did was disconnect every cable and lead out of the One connect box and power cables, for few secs, re connected power cables back, the connect box I switched Virgin V6 from Hdmi 1 to Hdmi 3, and while waiting for Virgin to reboot Samsung tv was looking for devices for remote to connect to and it re found Virgin box and now everything works, Happy days my Smart remote changes everything with Virgin Media V6 box
