Samsung Q95T - Sonos sound issue

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a Samsung Q95T and have this running through a Sonos Soundbar. I've noticed on some HD channels that the sound is off, but when I change the sound settings on my V6 to Dolby Digital to PCM it fixes it. Is this the correct setting or is there another adjustment I can make to keep it on Dolby Digital? I didn't have to change this setting on the previous Samsung TV I had.

Not very clued up when it comes to the sound settings so would appreciate any help or advice!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry that you're experiencing some problems with your soundbar and the HD channels.

 

We have noticed that changing to PCM fixes sound issues for our customers so if that's working for you too, then that's great.
