Same issue no YouTube

We've had the same issue for a while now too. we're located in Birmingham

Everything else works fine and have tried several reboots and network checks. Definitely a problem on virgin's end. 

  • Works fine on all the smart TV's - no connection on the the v6 box.

Hi how is your V6 connected to your hub, as nine times out of ten its an internet issue, your signal may be fine for running computers, tablets and smartphones etc but for streaming from YouTube, Netflix and Amazon a strong stable signal is needed. Regards Micky
