Most people probably know this, but it might help someone. I noticed that none of next week's CFS episodes were set up to record even though a series link was set up years ago. I had it set up for all channels but "never in HD" , to save space. Now that the BBC1 & BBC2 channels are HD nothing would record until I changed the HD setting to "if available"

Yep, that sounds about right.

TiVoV6 series-links are "sticky" and don't expire with each new series. But the mainstream channels are now becoming HD as standard.

For the vast majority of users, the amount of disk space on V6/360 boxes is more than sufficient to record in HD as standard without any concern.
