I’m getting thr s102 code and having read the various answers here, think it might be because my box isn’t activated. Is there a way to do this without going through the fall centre?
The error code S102 means that either the box hasn't been activated yet, or it needs reactivating.
Unfortunately you need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the box. You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.
